The sun was out but quickly as the clouds came rolling through our plans for snorkelling at a small island off Vila to an underwater post office was washed away. Yes, an underwater post office... Although we couldn't get there due to the weather, this gave me the chance to take some photos on the foreshore of Vila near local markets.
